1. Art Review: Once we receive your order, we will create your custom pet portrait within 2-3 business days. You'll receive the artwork for review, and once approved, we will proceed with printing or send the final digital file via email.

2. Shipping: After approval, your artwork will be printed and shipped. You can expect to receive your package within 6-10 business days. Digital orders will be sent to your email immediately after approval.
