Returns and Refunds: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it arrives in poor condition.

Return conditions: The products must be in their original condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Returns will not be accepted once the design has been approved and the product is in the process of printing and shipping, since prior approval confirms your acceptance of the design.

Conditions for refunds of digital files: A refund will be provided only if you are not satisfied with the approved final design. Refunds will not be accepted once the design has been approved, as this confirms your acceptance of the final product.
