We want you to absolutely love your Pawtrait. For that reason, we offer a fair and transparent revision process designed to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations while respecting the artistic process.

What revisions are included

We offer unlimited revisions for the following types of adjustments:

• Changes to the reference photos used
  
• Adjustments to the position, size, or orientation of heads
  
• Minor facial refinements and small detail corrections
  
• Subtle tweaks to the existing template (colors, small elements, alignment)
  

These revisions help fine-tune your artwork and ensure it closely matches your vision.

What is not included

Revisions do not include major changes to the original design, such as:

• Switching to a different theme, style, or collection
  
• Significant changes to clothing, poses, or body structure
  
• Adding or removing characters after the design process has started
  
• Full redesigns or restructuring of the original template
  

Requests of this nature require rebuilding the artwork and may involve an additional fee.

Template changes

Each Pawtrait is created using a selected template.

If you request changes that alter the template beyond minor adjustments, this will be considered a new or upgraded design, and additional charges may apply.

Approval & production

Once the artwork is approved, it will move into final production.

Any changes requested after approval may not be possible or may require an extra fee.
